- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (12.95 shipping fee)
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

- Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product)
