Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
